TortoiseHg

While the combined package has a non-standard file location layout, it's convenience in providing a working DVCS setup probably mitigate this. The notes just need to be padded out to explain the differences.

Extensions
hg-git - (Local Copy)
hgsubversion - Local notes

This setup links up to other development applications such as Eclipse itself, and need the FOC copies of working drawings to be woven into the install process.
