Meeting Management System
The Meeting Management System provides for room booking management of a small to medium size
meeting location. The main purpose of the system is to provide information displays or people
arriving at the venue, but has evolved over the years to provide a multi-user system for booking
and charging for usage of rooms. Hard copy printout of the meeting diary can be produced, along
with an on-line web based access for users prior to their arrival. Developed originally for
locations such as Education Centers and Conference Facilities, the system can easily be expanded
to cover any room management requirements.
The system provides a front end to the Display Management System, which can be used to carry
meeting diary and other information around a site.
