MercurialEclipse

Currently we need to use the latest version of MercurialEclipse to provide the tools to handle subrepo displaying. This is found at the snapshop site, http://mercurialeclipse.eclipselabs.org.codespot.com/hg.wiki/update_site/snapshots, and needs to be installed into Eclipse.
