PHPEclipse Development Platform

In the past I have started from a CDT base pack, but not using C++ nearly as much today, it is now easier to work from the basic vanila starting pack and add the additional extensions to that. phpeclipse has been my base for PHP development since the early days and still does everything I need for PHP files when augmented with the smarty template highlighting, but it may be falling a little behind the current extensions to PHP langauge.

Added to the PHP plugin, a few other plugins add to the facilities to help debug web based application work.
