bootswatch.com colour swatches rather than full themes

All available in the colourstrap theme simply by amending the theme entry in colourstrap.css file. Plan of attack is to split out the colour icons to allow a generic copy of bootstrap, which can the be overriden by an icon style and a theme colour swatch.
